During the last six months I've met with a lot of home sellers and what I hear from them is...."Dick, you're a lot more optimistic about the market than anyone else has been!" I think that comes from the fact that The Eckburg Teamhas been selling almost a house a week during the last two years.
Yes, prices are down considerably, but there are great opportunities in our market for people who are selling to upsize or downsize. Unfortunately, I can't help everyone. Many people owe more on their home that I can sell it for, so for these folks, the market is horrible.
But I still believe that, in working working with my clients to establish the maximum price their house could sell for and to ensure the property is in the best possible condition, this is the best possible combination of the professional service I provide.
